Once you place your order via WhatsApp, its added to the delivery schedule for the following day. Upon delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect your order. If everything meets your expectations and you are satisfied with your order, you can pay for it using our secure card-swiping machine.

You can pay for your order when it is delivered using our card swiping machine.

No you cannot, unfortunately. Please make arrangements to pay for your order using a bank card. This is the safest payment method for both parties.

Our facility is not open to the public primarily for health and safety reasons. As a meat processing facility, maintaining a controlled environment is crucial to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated in helping us uphold these standards.

We prioritize regular orders and orders received before the cut-off time. These customers will always get stock. Our drivers carry extra stock to cater for last minute order changes for customers that are already on the schedule.

In some instances, this extra stock can be used for new orders received on that day, provided that the new order is along (or near) the driver’s delivery route.
