You can pay for your order when it is delivered using our card swiping machine.

No you cannot, unfortunately. Please make arrangements to pay for your order using a bank card. This is the safest payment method for both parties.

Our facility is not open to the public primarily for health and safety reasons. As a meat processing facility, maintaining a controlled environment is crucial to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated in helping us uphold these standards.

We prioritize regular orders and orders received before the cut-off time. These customers will always get stock. Our drivers carry extra stock to cater for last minute order changes for customers that are already on the schedule.

In some instances, this extra stock can be used for new orders received on that day, provided that the new order is along (or near) the driver’s delivery route.

Yes, we can deliver your order every day. Be sure to let us know when you place your order.

Yes delivery is free to selected areas in Johannesburg. You can view these here. we are adding more locations each week.

If you would like use to deliver in an area that’s not in the ‘free-delivery-areas’, send us a text, we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request for a nominal fee.
